PALOMINO & PEDRO XIMÉNEZ
VERMUT ROJO
A perfect blend of two wines each aged individually in the traditional, authentic Jerez “Solera y Criaderas” System: An Amontillado, dry and nutty, with character. A Pedro Ximénez, sweet, intense and velvety.
Mahogany in colour with reddish hues.
Sweet aromas of ripe fruit mingle with hints of citrus fruit and herbaceous notes, over a smoked wood base. On the palate it is flavoursome, velvety and balanced. A bitter finish, with a delicate and distinctive nutty aftertaste.
PAIRING
The perfect apéritif if accompanied with olives, nuts or any snacks.
SERVE
Serve between 7-9ºC (44-48ºF) on the rocks and garnish it with an orange peel.

A perfect blend of two wines: a dry, mineral and crisp Fino sherry and a sweet and floral Moscatel wine.
Intense and bright yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose it shows floral, citrusy and herbaceous notes over a yeasty and mineral base. The finish is bitter and clean with a long, nutty and refreshing aftertaste.
PAIRING
The perfect aperitif if accompanied with olives, nuts or any snacks.

Serve between 7-9ºC (44-48ºF) on the rocks and garnish it with a green olive.

A perfect blend of three wines: a dry and crisp Fino sherry, a floral and sweet Moscatel and a lively and fruity Tintilla de Rota wine.
Attractive and delicate pink orange colour with coppery reflections. Floral and herbaceous notes mingle with fruity and spiced scents on the nose. Seductive wild strawberry, orange blossom and patisserie aromas with a subtle nutty background. On the palate, the spiced and herbaceous notes are followed by a comforting sweetness that leaves a delicious silky sensation.

Enjoy it as aperitif or in the afterwork. Delightfully refreshing!
