Bodegas Lustau is Spain’s most awarded winery for another year, with a total of 6 gold medals and 1 Trophy.
Bodegas Lustau reaffirms its position as the most awarded Spanish winery, achieving remarkable results in the 40th edition of the prestigious “International Wine Challenge” in London, one of the most renowned wine competitions worldwide. Thirty-three wines from Bodegas Lustau have been awarded in this competition, with outstanding 6 gold medals and 1 Trophy, recognizing the best wines in each category.
Furthermore, the winemaker and cellar master of Lustau, Sergio Martínez, has been nominated in the category of “Fortified Winemaker of the Year,” an award he has already received in previous editions of the competition. The winner will be announced next July at a gala dinner that will take place in London.

Regarding the Trophies, Lustau PX Murillo Centenario has obtained the “PX Trophy”, recognizing the best Pedro Ximénez of the competition.
These results highlight Lustau’s position as a leading producer of top-quality wines, offering the widest and most awarded range of Sherry.
Spanish participation in the IWC has resulted in a total of 40 gold medals, with 29 being distributed among wineries of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Denomination of Origin.
