- 3cl Pedro Ximénez San Emilio
- 3cl Rye Whiskey
- 5cl dark beer
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 dashes of Bittermens Burlesque bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add 4 ice cubes.
Stir to properly chill and dilute cocktail and double strain into a coupe glass.
