Brandy de Jerez is a spirit drink produced by the distilling of high quality, fruity white wines which is subsequently aged in oak casks within the Sherry Triangle.
AMONTILLADO CASKS
Solera Reserva
Aged for three years in the traditional Solera system, in American oak casks that previously containing Amontillado Sherry.
Light amber in colour, with elegant oak and toasted wood aromas, notes of vanilla, orange marmalade and Amontillado. Dry and smooth with a long and nutty finish.

Bright amber colour with golden hints. Intense smoky woods, and nutty aromas. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a long spicy aftertaste.
AGEING
Aged for 3 years in a selection of American oak casks that have been ageing Amontillado for many years.
TASTING NOTES
Light amber in colour, with vanilla, toasted wood and orange marmalade aromas. Dry and smooth in the palate, round, with long and nutty finish.
OLOROSO CASKS
SOLERA GRAN RESERVA
Aged for more than 10 years in a selection of old American oak casks which have contained Oloroso Sherry for many years.
Mahogany colour with old gold reflections. Concentrated aromas of tobacco leaves, roasted coffed and walnuts. Warm and mellow. Nougat and dark chocolate on the palate, with a toasted finish.

TASTING NOTES
Mahogany colour with golden reflections. Concentrated tobacco leaves, roasted coffee and walnut aromas. Nougat and dark chocolate on the palate. Great length with a toasted and complex finish.
OLOROSO AND PX CASKS
SOLERA GRAN RESERVA FINEST SELECTION
With an ageing period of 15 years, Lustau´s Finest Selection is the result of a blend of different old Brandies from the House, aged in casks which previously contained Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines for between 40 and 50 years.
Mahogany colour with golden hints. Intense aromas of dried plums, raisins and milk chocolate. Velvety mouthfeel. Burnt caramel and roasted nuts with black pepper and liquorice in the finish.

Oloroso is pungent nutty aromas. Rich flavors of dark chocolate and walnuts. It has an intense, concentrated aftertaste. P. X. has a Dark mahogany colour with iodine highlights, with dry fruit aromas (figs, raisins, dates) Smooth and mellow. Enormously sweet, with a very long finish.

Aged for 15 years in a secret selection of American oak casks that have been aging in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez for many years.
TASTING NOTES
Mahogany colour with golden hints; aromas of spices and chocolate with a backdrop of dried fruit. A touch of sweetness leads on to an intense flavour of hazelnuts, finishing with a long and slightly spicy aftertaste.

This Brandy originates from a very small solera of five butts which was reserved for the consumption of the Lustau family. Our best Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels were selected to form this solera and to age this unique, limited edition.
Mahogany colour with bronze reflections. Intense liquorice, dark chocolate and Oloroso aromas. On the palate it is intense, complex and velvety, with a subtle touch of sweetness and a very long aftertaste.
